Authors Note
Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment has thousands of students from forty-nine countries. Some have left their country of origin to move closer to the school, while others fly to Yelm, Washington, for periodic visits to pursue knowledge, then return home and continue to apply it. The ways in which we found Ramtha’s school and the reasons we pursued it are as individual as we are. However, all of us share an appreciation for the powerful, magical being who is our beloved teacher, Ramtha.
The contributors to this book have lived rich and diverse lives. We range in age from 21 to 70+ and span a wide variety of cultures, countries and experiences. Many of us have found the process of writing our stories to be at once a healing and an opportunity to reflect on who we are, where we are, where we have been, and where we are going. We hope that this book serves as an explanation to those who have wondered what drew us here and an inspiration for others who are considering doing the same. The words that follow are in our individual style of writing and language. Read more about Dr. Renee Webb.

You really do know everything…
From out of nowhere the darkness fell. It became pitch black in an instant. I instinctively turned and ran for the dune buggy which I could hear but not see. The engine was still running in case I needed a fast get away from the male nomads crossing the desert. A lunar eclipse, I thought, my mind racing ahead. I had been to Saudi Arabia often enough to know that night does not fall at two o’clock in the afternoon, and never as suddenly as this darkness.

The Perfect Storm Meets a Mighty Wind
The first time I met Ramtha face to face, I wanted to run away. Rumor had it he knew everything about us – every word, every thought, every feeling and action, including the ones I’d hoped were my little secret. Now as I stood in a line of other students on the last day of a retreat in Snow Mountain, Colorado, a line that was drawing inexorably closer to this master teacher, it was beginning to seriously feel like the Final Judgment. Although he’d repeatedly told us throughout the week how much he loved us, I had my doubts. I knew my private thoughts, not to mention words and actions, and “lovable” was not the first word they inspired. Maybe it was a trick, and when I got to the front of the line, I’d be struck by lightning.

Dedication
This book is dedicated to Ramtha, JZ Knight and the students of Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment and one student in particular - my daughter, Tiara Nia Jane Webb for her patience and love. She is indeed “a great woman of the future.”
